GETTR Launches Translation Feature Offering 69 Languages

GETTR, the new social media platform which defends free speech and fights cancel culture, has unveiled its new translation feature, offering users the ability to converse with people in 69 different languages. The new options, available in app store upgrades now and on the web-based version, reflect GETTR’s broadening appeal to an international audience.

“GETTR protects freedom of speech no matter what language it’s in,” said Jason Miller, Chief Executive Officer of GETTR. “We’re growing rapidly, and that means offering even more great features for our international users. You can now freely express your opinion in just about any language or culture.”

GETTR now supports translations in the following languages:

GETTR, which does not cancel people for their political opinions, officially launched on July 4th and already has amassed more than two million registered users. GETTR achieved its first million users less than three days after launch and cemented its place in history as the fastest growing social media platform ever. By comparison, Twitter took 24 months to attract one million users while Facebook took 10 months.

More than half of GETTR users are located in the United States, but countries on every continent are represented. The top international GETTR markets include: Brazil, Canada, Japan, Saudi Arabia, China, the United Kingdom, France, and Australia.
